We are urgently seeking dedicated School Administrators and Receptionists to manage busy front offices and provide crucial support to senior leadership teams across Primary, Secondary, and SEN schools in Greater Manchester. We have immediate, high-demand positions available for both Temp/Supply and Permanent contracts.
The Critical Role: Heart of the School OfficeAs a School Administrator or Receptionist, you are essential to the daily smooth running of the school. Key responsibilities often include:

First Point of Contact: Managing the busy school reception, welcoming visitors, handling incoming calls, and responding to parental and staff queries with professionalism and discretion.

Administrative Support: Processing essential school data, managing student records (e.g., using SIMS/Arbor/Bromcom software), and handling correspondence.

Finance/HR Support: Assisting with low-level finance (e.g., dinner money, trip payments) or supporting basic HR functions (e.g., staff attendance tracking).

Safeguarding: Ensuring all visitors follow school safeguarding procedures and checking visitor ID/DBS information.

Communication: Managing school calendars, organising meetings, and distributing key notices via email, text, or school apps.
