Summary

Are you passionate about caring for people and want to make a difference in their lives? We are looking for Activity Organisers who will be based at Park View to provide a wide range of activities for the people who live here. There are two roles available 28 hours and 7 hours.
Our aim is to provide meaningful activities that provide enjoyment and personal fulfillment whilst encouraging inclusion, promoting independence and expanding the individuals interests and skills. We aim to work in a person-centred way with adults with a learning disability and physical and sensory disabilities so that their needs are met in a sensitive way.
Your role will be to creatively plan, organise and review individual activities, as well as leading and participating in activities and promoting participation. You will need a positive mindset, excellent communication skills and the ability to work well in a team.
You will be required to have experience of working with people with a learning and physical disability and have enthusiasm to motivate others.
Current hours of work are Monday to Friday during the day however you must be prepared to be flexible with any evening activities. You will be expected to be able to complete your care certificate and level 2 qualification in care if you have not already achieved this and be able to complete our corporate induction in January 2026 if not already done so.
