We are excited to offer a fantastic opportunity for a dedicated and resourceful Teaching Assistant and Lunchbreak Supervisor to join our team. You will play a key role in supporting high-quality universal provision, helping to ensure that all pupils can access learning effectively within the classroom environment.The successful candidate will:
Be passionate about making a difference to all children
Have experience supporting children’s learning, ideally within a school or classroom environment
Be aspirational for every child and believe that all pupils can learn – even if they haven’t learnt something yet Be flexible and able to adapt their practice to support effective learning
Demonstrate strong pupil management skills, ensuring that learning continues in a calm, structured environment Build strong, positive relationships with colleagues, children, and families
Be a reflective practitioner with a strong desire to learn and continually improve
