Technical Coordinator
Temp 12 week contract
Hybrid working - 1/2days per week in the office
Office location - East London
£18.50 per hour
Details on the role:
- 12 week temporary contract ( going to lead to on going contract)
- Hybrid working ( 1-2 days per week in the office)
- £18.50 per hour PAYE
Required Experience:
- Experience dealing with tenants
- Good with Excel
- Strong Social Housing
Day to Day:
- to provide excellent technical administrative and co-ordination support
- to act as a point of contact for internal and external customers and other stakeholders
- to be versatile, flexible regarding tasks covered, and willing to work as part of a team
- will provide a customer centred, professional and competent approach to all tasks
- with excellent communication skills, a good eye for detail and is IT competent
- delivers a high-quality service
- is passionate about improving building safety
- will assist with locating and providing key building documentation and drawings
- is aware of related legislation and guidance
