Our client is currently seeking a Senior Technical Coordinator based in Hertfordshire. This leading developer is known for their complex mixed-use schemes, with 60 years' experience within the construction industry they strive in sympathetic and complementary design of new properties and specialise in property development.
About the role for a Senior Technical Coordinator
As a Senior Technical Coordinator, you will be responsible for supporting the technical team on traditional build projects, with units varying from 150 units to 600 units. Reporting directly to the Senior Technical Manager and will need to be able to lead a project.
