About the role

We are looking for skilled and enthusiastic Soft & Hard Landscape Team Leaders to join our construction team in Northampton. In this role, you will play a crucial part in the completion of soft landscaping tasks, such as small tractor driving, seeding, ground preparation, shrub planting and tree installation of various outdoor, open spaces. You will be responsible for ensuring that all tasks are carried out in an efficient and safe manner by yourself and your team, and that these environments are not only aesthetically pleasing but also healthy and safe for future public enjoyment.

Requirements

  • Experience in soft landscaping, including planting, turfing and ground preparation.
  • Experience in hard landscaping, such as paving, slabbing and decking would be beneficial.
  • Previous experience in a team leader role is highly desirable.
  • A full valid UK driving licence and CSCS card is essential.
  • Knowledge of trees and shrubs.
  • Can-do attitude and safety-conscious mindset.
  • Physically fit and able to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
