Summary
Recruitment Professionals is recruiting on behalf of a well-established law firm based in Gatley. The firm is seeking a Qualified Conveyancer to join its busy property department.
About the Role:
This is an office-based position. Full-time hours are preferred, although part-time will be considered for the right candidate.
Key Responsibilities:
• Managing a caseload of residential conveyancing matters
• Handling leasehold and new build transactions with minimal supervision
• Liaising with clients, estate agents, and other solicitors
• Ensuring all work is carried out in compliance with regulatory and firm standards
Key Requirements:
• Qualified Conveyancer (CLC, Solicitor, or Legal Executive)
• Demonstrable experience in leasehold and new build conveyancing
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to client care
