The successful candidate will:
• Have proven experience in leasehold transactions
• Have proven experience in new build transactions
• Be able to manage a busy caseload confidently and efficiently
• Work from the office based in Gatley
Key Requirements:
• Qualified Conveyancer with relevant industry experience
• Strong technical knowledge of leaseholds and new builds
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• Ability to work independently to a high professional standard
• A proactive and detail-oriented approach
