Are you looking for a summer job that has the potential to extend?

Our client is looking for a business support administrator to support over the summer period and beyond. You will be at the centre of the team and the main point of contact for staff and members of the public with the responsibility of keeping the internal data base up to date. The ideal candidate will have a driving license and their own vehicle as cross cover may be required at other local sites.

Location: Lyndhurst
Hourly rate: £14.48
Contract length: 6 months
Hours: Monday to Friday 37 hours per week


The Role:

* To support the Gas and Electrical Manager in tracking statutory compliance checks for example but not limited to gas safety, electrical, fire safety, legionella, lifts HVAC, fire suppression.

* Assist the Gas and Electrical Manager in ensuring statutory obligations are met while maintain positive relationships with residents.

* Assist in maintaining accurate compliance records, including updating internal systems with all tenant communication

* Assist in the compliance to Awaabs law, ensuring effective communication of priority repairs and Housing Health and Safety Rating System to residents.

* Maintain accurate compliance records, ensuring all resident communications and actions are logged in Locata,

* To identify vulnerable tenants and to ensure that relevant support is provided through supporting agencies and others to assist them in maintaining their tenancy.

* Log all tenant interactions, access attempts and compliance notes accurately through the Locata process.

* Use of computer systems and M365 systems to include planner

* Good communication and ability to speak effectively to residents, staff and contractors.

* Excellent organisational skills and the ability to work with minimal supervision



The Person:

- Good level of general education equivalent to at least 3 GCSE or equivalent including Maths and English at level C or above.

- High standard of written and verbal communication skills.

- The postholder should be an experienced administrator with comprehensive experience working in an office environment, including working in a front line or customer services environment

- To have competent IT skills, with knowledge of Office 365

- Current driving licence.
