This is an exciting opportunity for both experienced professionals and those taking their first step into a career, with a Level 3 apprenticeship available for those starting out.

This is a multi-faceted position where you’ll play a pivotal role in ensuring smooth operations and excellent service for our customers, insurers, and workshop teams. You won’t be boxed into one role: you’ll have the opportunity to learn, take on real responsibilities from day one and grow within a supportive environment. You’ll gain practical experience across customer service, administration, HR, compliance and operations.

What You’ll Do:
• Be the first point of contact for customers, insurers and the workshop, delivering excellent service
• Manage customer calls, enquiries and concerns professionally and efficiently
• Coordinate vehicle bookings and liaise between customers, insurers and the workshop team
• Handle administrative tasks, including job card input, ordering parts, booking in work, MOT reminders and courtesy car allocations
• Support HR activities, such as recruiting, onboarding, training and mentoring staff
• Assist with compliance and audit documentation, including annual BS 10125 audits
• Manage marketing, social media and customer engagement initiatives
• Coordinate purchasing, prioritise tasks and support day-to-day operational efficiency

Who We’re Looking For:
• Experienced candidates: Previous customer service or experience in customer-facing positions is desirable
• Early career candidates: Motivated, adaptable and eager to learn- no prior experience required
• Excellent communication, organisational and interpersonal skills
• Reliable, proactive and confident managing multiple responsibilities
• English and Maths GCSE at grades 4/C or above
• Full, clean driving license is desirable

What We Offer:
• A supportive, friendly, small team environment where your contribution matters
• Opportunities to develop across customer service, HR, compliance, and operations
• Level 3 apprenticeship qualification for those starting their career, plus opportunities for further learning
• Competitive pay, reflective of experience
• Working hours: Monday-Thursday 8:00-17:00, Friday 8:00-13:00
• 25 days annual holiday entitlement

Whether you’re an experienced professional looking for a new challenge, or starting your career with a structured apprenticeship, we’d love to hear from you!
