Summary
The Best Connection is currently recruiting for Machine Operatives on behalf of our well-established distribution client based in Wolverhampton.
Immediate start available.
Pay rate is £13.20 per hour
Working on weekly rotating shifts: 06:00 - 14:30 and 14:30 - 23:00
Weekend flexibility is required.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate machinery for printing.
- Monitor quality.
- Assist with finishing steps as required.
- Follow production schedules and ensure jobs are completed on time.
- Maintain high standards of housekeeping and cleanliness in print area.
- Adhere to health & safety regulations.
Candidate Requirements:
- Previous experience in machine operating, is required.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Good problem-solving skills, ability to spot and correct issues before they escalate.
- Strong communication skills, ability to work as part of a team and follow instructions independently.
- Ability to work effectively within a fast-paced distribution environment
- Flexibility to support weekend operations when needed
