Summary
Glen Group are actively recruiting for a Mobile Cleaning Operative, to join our well-established and growing Cleaning business in the Cornwall & Plymouth area's.
To be successful within this position, you must be confident to travel between each of the above locations, to complete new starter packs & training with new employees, as we all as cleaning & supervising where required,
You must be available to work Monday to Friday, 36 hours per week, with the occasional weekend if required... over a 52 week contract.
You must be flexible with your hour, as they can range between the hours of 6-9am and 4-9pm each day at £13 per hour, however, flexibility is required as per business requirements.
What You’ll Do:
• Supervise and support cleaning teams across multiple sites to ensure consistent, high-quality service
• Liaise with site staff and your line manager to ensure schedules are met and service expectations exceeded
• Conduct site visits to monitor cleanliness and performance, completing audits and addressing any issues promptly
• Provide training and support to cleaning staff, ensuring they are equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge
• Maintain and monitor stock levels of cleaning supplies and equipment, ensuring they are used safely and effectively
• Liaise with site client to ensure their specific cleaning needs are met
• Carry out cleaning duties where required and ensure all work is completed to specification. Provide cover for absences and assist with onboarding of new cleaning staff.
What We’re Looking For:
• Previous supervisory experience in a cleaning or facilities environment
• A full UK driving licence
• Flexibility, reliability, and excellent communication skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
Mobile Cleaner's must have a clean Full UK Driving License.
