Our client is looking for a sharp, results-focused Revenue Manager to take full ownership of the revenue performance across two premium, globally branded properties in the South East. Key Responsibilities of the Revenue Manager:
• Drive revenue across bedrooms and Meetings & Events (M&E) for both hotels.
• Develop and execute the overarching revenue strategy, ensuring the cluster outperforms the competitive set.
• Utilise dynamic pricing and smart analysis to constantly fine-tune rate strategies across all segments and distribution channels.
• Own the accurate forecasting and annual budgeting process for both properties, providing clear insights and strategic recommendations to the leadership teams.
• Lead weekly strategy calls and commercial meetings, collaborating closely with Sales, Marketing, and Operations to turn insights into actionable results.
• Leverage Revenue Management Systems (RMS) to analyse demand trends, manage inventory, and respond strategically to group enquiries.
What You'll Bring: Essential Skills & Experience
• Solid, progressive experience in Hotel Revenue Management, ideally within a multi-site or cluster environment.
• Confident, hands-on experience using key industry tools such as IDeaS or EzRMS, along with strong knowledge of Opera, CoSTAR, and Channel Management systems.
• Exceptional Excel skills and a deep understanding of distribution channels, market data interpretation, and pricing mechanics.
• A strategic thinker who is a clear, compelling communicator, able to present complex data and pricing logic to various stakeholders.
