️ Relief Catering Assistant – Ada Belfield

Ada Belfield is looking for a Catering Assistant to join our warm and welcoming team! If you’re passionate about food and enjoy making a difference, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.

‍ About the Role

As a Catering Assistant, you’ll be working in the kitchen to help prepare, cook, and serve meals for our residents. Your duties will include:
• Assisting the Catering Supervisor with meal preparation
• Preparing basic meals
• Carrying out cleaning duties to maintain hygiene standards
We’re looking for someone with a flexible attitude, good interpersonal skills, and a basic understanding of food hygiene, storage, and service.

What We’re Looking For

You’ll be part of a team that delivers high-quality, freshly prepared meals tailored to individual dietary needs. The role may involve working unsocial hours, including weekends and Bank Holidays, with shifts covering mornings and afternoons.

If you don’t already hold an NVQ Level II in Food Hygiene, you’ll be supported to complete it upon appointment.
