Job Title: Nursing Home Manager – Luxury Care Home
Location: Near Croydon, Surrey
Salary: £70,000 per annum
Hours: Full-Time
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced and passionate Nursing Home Manager to lead a well-established, luxury care home located near Croydon in Surrey.
This medium-sized service is renowned for its high standards of care and comfortable, elegant environment. I am seeking a dynamic and motivated Registered Manager who can continue to uphold and build upon the home’s excellent reputation.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage all aspects of the care home, ensuring the highest standards of person-centred care are delivered.
Oversee day-to-day operations, including compliance with all CQC regulations.
Ensure the home maintains or exceeds current CQC ratings.
Inspire and develop a strong, committed team, providing support and clear leadership.
Maintain strong relationships with residents, families, staff, and external stakeholders.
Ideal Candidate:
Minimum of 5 years experience as a Registered Manager in a care home setting.
Proven track record of achieving Good or Outstanding CQC inspection reports.
In-depth CQC knowledge and regulatory understanding.
Strong knowledge and experience in dementia care.
NVQ Level 5 in Leadership and Management (or equivalent).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
A confident, compassionate, and proactive leader.
