We're looking for an enthusiastic, compassionate, and reliable Children's Support Worker to join our dedicated team - supporting children with emotional and social needs during the night.

About the Role

As a Waking Night Support Worker, you'll play a vital part in providing a safe, nurturing, and stable environment for the children in our care. Each night brings new opportunities to support, comfort, and encourage young people - helping them feel secure, valued, and understood.

You'll:

  • Be a calming, reassuring presence throughout the night.

  • Listen, talk, and offer emotional support when children need it most.

  • Work as part of a caring, professional team to ensure each child's needs are met.

  • Help create a positive, homely environment where every child can thrive.

  • Get involved in activities and routines that promote wellbeing and personal growth.

About You

We're looking for someone who is:
