Key Responsibilities:
- Lead daily operations across production and dispatch
- Manage and support 3 Team Leaders within staffing and revenue budgets
- Recruit seasonal temporary staff
- Analyse sales and output data to inform forecasting and target setting
- Oversee supplier relationships and stock planning
- Authorise payments and support cash flow management with finance
- Develop and review products based on sales demand
