Location: Ipswich and surrounding areas
Pay: £180 per day (Using own van) (Self-Employed)
Start Date: Immediate Start Available
Contract Type: Long-Term, Ongoing (Self-Employed)
About the Role:
Our client, a well-established, family-run maintenance contractor based in East Anglia, is currently seeking experienced Floor Layers to work on social housing properties, primarily voids, in and around Ipswich and surrounding areas.
This is a fantastic opportunity to secure consistent, long-term work with a reputable company, offering excellent rates and flexibility.
Key Responsibilities:
• Installing a range of flooring types including:
• Altro floors
• Cap and cove
• PolySafe
• Flat lay
• Floor Laying
• Latex and floor preparation
• Travelling across Ipswich and surrounding areas
Requirements:
• Proven experience in floor laying (as listed above)
• Previous experience in floor laying in social housing preferred but not essential
• Full UK driving licence
• Must be reliable and able to work independently
Working Hours & Pay:
• Monday to Friday, full-time
• £180 (using own van) (self-employed)
