Summary
Operational: Receive correspondence and queries for the Homecare team and prioritise for action and respond to those of a routine nature Management: Provides day to day supervision and coordination of homecare staff. Reporting: To produce performance data in graphical form, related to the Homecare team, as required for adherence to local and regional KPIs and to support future development of performance measures as required Quality: To co-operate with staff in other disciplines to help ensure the safe, effective and economic use of drugs Please refer to the job description for further details
