About the Role
We are looking for an organised and customer-focused Helpdesk Coordinator to join our client’s busy support team. This role is all about ensuring their offices can continue functioning by managing reactive maintenance, supporting new equipment installations, and delivering excellent service to both contractors and staff.

Key Responsibilities
Act as the first point of contact for offices, answering calls and logging jobs with sufficient detail for resolution.

Build and maintain strong working relationships with staff and contractors.

Use helpdesk software to record, track, and manage maintenance requests.

Coordinate and liaise with contractors to ensure timely repairs and installations.

Ensure repairs are completed cost-effectively, reviewing asset history to prevent repeat issues.

Support with health & safety requirements and ensure compliance at all times.

Process quotes, invoices, and other admin tasks within defined timelines.

Communicate effectively with stakeholders to minimise escalation.

Take ownership of problems through to resolution, keeping everyone informed.

What We’re Looking For
Previous experience in a helpdesk, coordination, or customer support role.

Strong IT skills with the ability to learn new systems quickly.

Excellent communication skills – both written and verbal.

Ability to multitask, prioritise, and manage workload effectively.

Methodical, detail-oriented, and proactive in problem-solving.

Confident working independently as well as part of a wider team.

Flexible, with a positive attitude and a customer-first approach.

Financial awareness – able to work within budgets and assess value for money.

What’s on Offer
Salary of £26,000 per annum.

Annual leave: 22 days + bank holidays, increasing by 1 day each year (up to 28 days).

Temp-to-Perm opportunity with immediate start.

Office-based initially, with hybrid working in development.

Shift Patterns
9:00am – 5:30pm (Fridays finish 5:00pm)

8:30am – 5:00pm (Fridays finish 4:30pm)

8:00am – 4:30pm (Fridays finish 4:00pm)
