Summary

Reception & Information Assistant (Evenings) (on-site)
Starting salary is £24,810 per annum pro rata, plus an enhancement in lieu of annual leave*
14 hours per week, 36 weeks a year (Term time only)
Monday; 5.00pm - 7.00pm
Tuesday to Thursday; 5.00pm - 9.00pm

We are looking for a friendly, professional and enthusiastic individual to provide a positive, efficient and effective information and reception service, supporting and advising learners, visitors, and staff with a wide range of general enquiries.

To apply you should have a relevant Level 3 qualification, excellent communication and customer service skills, along with the ability to work pro-actively with a customer – focused approach.

The main base for this post is the Ipswich Campus, however Suffolk New College is a multi-campus, therefore you may be required to work at and travel between campuses.
