Summary
Our very successful, industry leading estate agency client have a brand-new really exciting opportunity for a Trainee Property Manager to join their team in their Tolladine, Worcester branch. These opportunities do not come up often!
Full training will be provided for the right candidate and once you get your foot in the door, there are some really great progression opportunities within the department. The client can also fund and support external training towards relevant ARLA qualifications.
The only requirements that our client asks for candidates to have is to have relevant, strong customer service experience and the ability to work in a fast-paced and sometimes pressurised environment. You must also have a full driving license and access to own vehicle.
Responsibilities:
- Day to day running of a portfolio of properties
- Managing and reporting maintenance issues and ensuring they are dealt with efficiently
- Communicating with clients and tenants
- Communicating with contractors
- Chasing overdue rents
- Booking and completing property visits
- Carrying out check out visits at the end of a tenancy
- Creating a comprehensive check out report for the return of the tenant’s deposit
- Negotiating deposit disputes
Candidate Attributes:

- Organised, reliable and proactive

- Must have a driving licence and own car
Hours: Monday – Friday, 9am – 5pm
Salary: £26,000 per annum, rising to £27,000 when qualified (within 6 – 12 months) + fantastic career potential from there
