Summary
Candidates must possess NVQ Level 2/3 or an overseas professional Nursing/Care Qualification. Sponsorship may be available. Previous applicants may not apply.
- Lead and manage teams
- Provide personal care
- Supervise and train staff
- Assist in rota planning
- Monitor health and safety in the Home
- Administer and manage medications of residents
- Responds to emergencies and provides guidance and support to care workers
- To attend all management training as required and participate in the staff development programmes, such as NVQ level 4/5 in Social care
- Communicate with internal and external agencies, management and peers in a manner appropriate to your position at all times
- Follow all company policies and procedures
- Have good communication skills
- Have the ability to work effectively within a team environment
-Liaise with the Manager in dealing with any queries
- Have Food and Hygiene training and undertake meal preparation and light cleaning and domestic duties as required
- Work 48 Hours per week (£29,952 per annum)
