This position is based at a hospital in Tonbridge, Kent. Hybrid working patterns are available, with set working times across weekdays to support flexibility and wellbeing.
About the Role
As a Lead Occupational Therapist, you'll be responsible for the strategic development and delivery of a high-quality neurorehabilitation service. You'll manage a clinical caseload, lead therapeutic programmes, and guide a team of Occupational Therapists to deliver person-centred care aligned with national standards.

You'll be an experienced Occupational Therapist with a passion for neurological rehabilitation and a commitment to service excellence.
You'll be:
- Delivering advanced assessments and tailored treatment plans for patients with complex neurological needs
- Leading therapeutic groups and rehabilitation programmes that promote independence and recovery
- Supporting your team through supervision, mentoring and training
- Driving service improvement through audits, evaluations and benchmarking
- Collaborating with internal and external professionals to ensure coordinated care
- Managing resources effectively and maintaining high standards of documentation and reporting
