This is a unique opportunity to take the lead in shaping a specialist Neuro Occupational Therapy service that makes a real difference. As a Lead Occupational Therapist, you'll play a pivotal role in delivering expert care to individuals with complex neurological conditions-supporting their recovery, independence and quality of life. This position is based at a hospital in Tonbridge, Kent. Hybrid working patterns are available, with set working times across weekdays to support flexibility and wellbeing.

About the Role

As a Lead Occupational Therapist, you'll be responsible for the strategic development and delivery of a high-quality neurorehabilitation service. You'll manage a clinical caseload, lead therapeutic programmes, and guide a team of Occupational Therapists to deliver person-centred care aligned with national standards.

About You

You'll be an experienced Occupational Therapist with a passion for neurological rehabilitation and a commitment to service excellence.

You'll be:

  • Delivering advanced assessments and tailored treatment plans for patients with complex neurological needs
  • Leading therapeutic groups and rehabilitation programmes that promote independence and recovery
  • Supporting your team through supervision, mentoring and training
  • Driving service improvement through audits, evaluations and benchmarking
  • Collaborating with internal and external professionals to ensure coordinated care
  • Managing resources effectively and maintaining high standards of documentation and reporting
