Summary
To carry out staff PDPs and support the management of staff attendance, disciplinary and grievance issues, in accordance with Trust policies. To provide specialist decontamination advice to the Trust as required. To manage Health & Safety issues within decontamination areas, including training and risk management. To be accountable for the overall management of Decontamination Services, including endoscopy decontamination. To provide a link between the Trust and the Trusts approved person (engineer), on matters relating to decontamination.
