Job Summary:
Job Summary:
The IT Quality and Testing Professional will ensure the quality, functionality, and reliability of software systems through structured testing processes. The role involves both manual and automated testing to maintain optimal software performance and compliance with company and client standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and execute manual and automated test cases across multiple applications.
Identify, document, and track software defects; verify fixes to ensure performance stability.
Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and project managers to define testing standards, acceptance criteria, and quality benchmarks.
Develop and maintain test environments, frameworks, and regression test suites.
Ensure compliance with company and client quality requirements throughout the development lifecycle.
Participate in sprint planning and Agile ceremonies to align testing with development activities.
Provide detailed reports and metrics on testing progress, quality trends, and defect resolution.
Key Skills and Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
3+ years of experience in software quality assurance and testing.
Proficiency in QA and testing tools such as Selenium, JIRA, Postman, or similar.
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail in identifying and resolving software issues.
Understanding of Agile and DevOps methodologies.
Effective communication, collaboration, and problem-solving abilities.
