Summary
Smart Repair Manager required in Derby
- Basic up to £42,000 DOE
- OTE £45k+
- Monday to Thursday 08:00–17:30
- Friday 08:00–17:00 | No weekends
We’re looking for an experienced Smart Repair Manager to lead a growing team of Smart Repair and Alloy Wheel Technicians. This is a hands-on leadership role in a fast-paced environment, ensuring vehicles are prepared to the highest standards while keeping your team motivated and efficient.

- Salary up to £42,000 DOE, with OTE £45k+
- Monday to Friday working, no weekends
- 22 days holiday plus bank holidays (increasing with service)

What you’ll be doing as a SMART Repair Manager:
- Managing and developing a team of Smart Repair and Alloy Wheel Technicians
- Overseeing repair quality and ensuring showroom-ready standards
- Monitoring performance against KPIs and driving efficiency
- Ensuring Health & Safety compliance across all processes
- Supporting training and skills development within your team
- Liaising with other departments to ensure smooth vehicle preparation
What we’re looking for in a SMART Repair Manager:
- Proven leadership in an automotive repair environment
- Experience in SMART repair, paintwork, or alloy refurbishment
- Strong organisational and problem-solving skills
- Results-driven with attention to detail
- Full UK driving licence
