We’re working closely with a fantastic 1-form entry Primary School in Nechells, Birmingham who are looking for a dedicated SEN Teaching Assistant to join their team from November 2025.
This is a full-time, long-term role for the entire academic year, supporting a child on a 1:1 basis, within an SEN classroom of about 20 children. The children in the class are aged across KS1-KS2 and working at mixed ability levels. You’ll be joining a highly supportive team of experienced SEN TAs and an SEN Teacher, all working together to provide consistency, care, and tailored learning experiences.

What We’re Looking For:
• Experience working with Special Educational Needs (SEN)
• A positive, patient, and supportive approach
• The ability to follow direction from the class teacher and work as part of a team
• Strong relationship-building skills to make pupils feel safe, supported, and valued
• Reliability and commitment to consistency for the children in your care
• Level 3 Qualification in Supporting Teaching & Learning or Childcare
