We are delighted to be recruiting on behalf of an all-through SEN school in Moseley. This is an exciting opportunity for a dedicated and caring Teaching Assistant to join a supportive team working with pupils aged 4-19 who have a wide range of special educational needs, including Autism, learning difficulties, and communication needs.

What You'll Be Doing:

Offering 1:1 and small group support across a range of age groups

Supporting personalised learning activities designed to meet each pupil's unique needs

Helping to develop pupils' communication, social, and emotional skills

Working closely with teachers, therapists, and school leaders to deliver consistent support

The Ideal Candidate:

Experience working with children or young people with SEN is desirable, but not essential
