We are currently seeking a Preschool Room Leader to join their small, nurturing setting in Wandsworth, London (SW18). This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced and passionate early years educator looking to advance their career in a supportive and progressive environment.

Key Responsibilities:
• Provide high-quality care and education for children aged 2–5 years
• Create a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment
• Observe, assess, and document children’s development
• Collaborate with parents and colleagues to support each child’s unique needs
• Ensure accurate record-keeping of developmental progress
• Maintain a clean, organized, and well-resourced learning space
• Adhere to all health, safety, and safeguarding policies

Person Specification:
• Level 3 qualification in Early Years Education (full and relevant)
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a nursery setting
• Strong knowledge of the EYFS and Ofsted statutory guidelines
• Practical experience creating quality learning opportunities tailored to children's interests and development
• Solid understanding of safeguarding, health & safety, equal opportunities, and SEN/Inclusion
• Proven experience as a key person, building positive relationships with children and families
• Confident in observing, assessing, and reporting on children's behaviour and development
