Job Title: Financial Analyst (Hybrid) - Temporary until April 2027

Overview
We're currently seeking a Financial Analyst to join our clients team in Daventry. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced finance professional to join a reputable organisation in the manufacturing sector, with the role expected to run until April 2027.
This is a hybrid position, with 3 days per week working onsite.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare complex financial reports and analysis to support decision-making
- Assist with monthly book closing activities
- Develop and monitor annual budgets and staffing/expense forecasts
- Provide detailed variance analysis, cost breakdowns, and performance metrics
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting
What We're Looking For
✅ Minimum of 3 years' experience in a Financial Analyst role within a production or manufacturing environment
✅ Strong Excel skills - including advanced formulas, pivot tables, and data analysis tools
✅ Excellent team player with strong communication and interpersonal skills
✅ Organised and methodical approach with attention to detail
Qualifications & Experience
- Degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
- Progress towards CPA, CMA, CA, or similar qualification (preferred but not essential)
- Intermediate level of professional experience in financial analysis is required
You will be working 37.5 hours per week Monday to Friday with a November start.
