Summary
Oxfordshire – Qualified Social Worker – Adult Safeguarding - £38
Ability to work in high pressured and fast paced environment
Excellent working knowledge of the law underpinning SW practice
Ability to work both independently under supervision and as part of a team
Good know of strength's based [practice
Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
Ability to work as part of an MDT
Knowledge and experience of court of protection processes
Good working knowledge of safeguarding processes
Ability and expereince of doing duty SW role as part of a planned rota.
Ability to prioritise workload and progress casework proactively

Essential Requirements:
Degree/Masters in Social Work and SWE registration.
2+ years of post-qualification experience.
Strong knowledge of UK social care legislation and practice.
