The Role:
• Support daily routines, personal care, and social activities
• Encourage independence and life skills
• Create a safe, supportive, and engaging environment
• Work flexibly as part of a dedicated team
What You’ll Need:
• A caring, patient approach
• Flexibility for day and night shifts
• A DBS (or willingness to get one)
• Experience is great—but heart and commitment matter most
