Working Hours:
Variable Shifts (35 hours per week)
Shift 1:
* Sun: Rest
* Mon: 16:00-02:00
* Tues: 16:00-02:00
* Wed: Rest
* Thurs: Rest
* Fri: 06:00-16:00
* Sat: 06:00-16:00
Shift 2
* Sun: 06:00-16:00
* Mon: Rest
* Tues: Rest
* Wed: 16:00-02:00
* Thurs: 16:00-02:00
* Fri: 16:00-02:00
* Sat: Rest
Shift 3
* Sun: Rest
* Mon: 06:00-16:00
* Tues: 06:00-16:00

➡ Each shift includes:
* One and a quarter hour unpaid rest break during the middle two hours of the shift
* Two tea breaks of 15 minutes each

The Role:
* Supervise a warehouse team during your assigned shift
* Ensure smooth running of daily operations
* Oversee safe working practices and productivity
* Operate forklifts and assist with warehouse duties as required
* Coordinate staff breaks to maintain operational cover
* Report directly to the Warehouse Management Team

Requirements:
* Must hold a valid forklift license (Counterbalance or Reach)
* Previous supervisory or leadership experience in a warehouse/logistics environment preferred
* Ability to manage people effectively and lead by example
* Strong organisational and communication skills
* Flexible to work across variable shifts, including nights and weekends
