Summary
Are you a compassionate and proactive individual who wants to support young people? Long Term Futures is looking for a dedicated Pastoral Mentor to join a "Good" rated secondary school in Greenwich. We partner with this school to find talented staff who want to make a difference. The school has a strong focus on providing a broad education that nurtures personal well-being.
As a Pastoral Mentor, you'll be a key part of the school's pastoral and inclusion team. You'll focus on supporting students with social, emotional, and mental health (SEMH) needs who may be at risk of disengagement. By collaborating with senior staff and families, you will ensure students receive the consistent support they need to succeed. This is an ongoing position with the potential to become permanent.
Key Responsibilities

Requirements
