Summary

We're looking for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join our L&Q contract team based in Rainham



Location: Rainham

Hours: 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday

We are unable to offer certificates of sponsorship to any candidates in this role.



What will you be responsible for?As a Senior Quantity Surveyor, you'll be working within the L&Q contract team, supporting them in delivering commercial leadership and governance across a long-term planned maintenance contract.

Your day to day will include:

-Leading all commercial matters and month-end processes, forecasting, and supply chain management

-Managing risks, cash flow, and ensuring contract compliance

-Developing and motivating the commercial team on the contract

-Representing Kier in client working groups and maintaining strong client relationships

-Supporting tenders and contributing to business growth



What are we looking for?This role of Senior Quantity Surveyor is great for you if:

-You have strong communication skills and experience working with multidisciplinary teams, clients, and supply chains

-You hold relevant qualifications (Degree or HNC in Quantity Surveying desirable) and have experience in a similar role

-You are organised, deadline-driven, and proficient in Microsoft Office and other IT packages

-You're flexible, proactive, and committed to continuous development

-You have a full driving licence (does not need to be UK-specific)
