Actual Annual Salary: £22,213 - £24,212 Based on full time hours, term time onlyFull Time Equivalent Salary: £25,941 - £28,275 (CLF Grade B) Based on full time hours, all year round.
Contract Type: Fixed contract until 31 August 2026
Hours: Full-Time, Monday to Friday, 37 hours per week Term Time Only (plus INSET Days)
Provisional Start Date: November 2025
An exciting opportunity for an Administrator to gain further skills:We are looking for a SEN Administrator to provide highly effective and efficient administrative support to the SENDCo and SEND team to ensure the school provides excellent education for all students with SEND.
Your duties will include the organisation and maintenance of student files, arranging and minuting meetings with parents and external agencies, preparing documentation for EHCPs and uploading information and diary management of SENDCo.
This is a varied and busy role and will require the postholder to have sound organisation skills and be a confident communicator as liaison will include senior leaders, parents, students and external agencies.

Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage warmly and professionally with students, staff, parents, and visitors.
Be confident using IT systems, including Microsoft Office and email, and ideally have experience with school management systems such as Bromcom. Be highly organised, with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a busy environment. Demonstrate empathy, patience, and a calm approach when dealing with sensitive situations or safeguarding matters. Be committed to confidentiality, safeguarding, and promoting the welfare of children and young people. Be flexible, reliable, and enthusiastic about working in a school setting.
