Your new role
You will be joining an established front office business change team, consisting of Analyst's, Senior Analysts and Managers. Their work encompasses 4 different areas: investment management, financial planning, back-office and business readiness.
The Senior Business Readiness Analyst will be sitting within the Business readiness team focusing on a variety of projects across the team, specifically on the business readiness aspects of key strategic programmes. There are a variety of large-scale initiatives currently ongoing, including CRM implementation, client reporting simplification and a specific project focusing on the advice around retirement client portfolios.
As a Business Readiness Analyst, you will collaborate closely with stakeholders to ensure seamless integration of new implementations across the business. This will include co-ordinating training, managing communications and other key business readiness activities.
What you'll need to succeed
- Strong Business Analysis skills
- Extensive experience of managing business readiness activities
- Experience of co-ordinating training
- Managing communication plans
- Experience of financial services is preferable but not essential
