Summary

The overall administrative aspect of this role is to ensure a full flow of office procedures; supporting our leadership team by carrying out office duties. You will be the first line of contact to visitors and those belonging to our Church via telephone, Email and in person. The role involves all aspects of office administration e.g.:

• Counting and recording donations, Sale Invoices and accounts receivable, dealing with petty cash and card transactions.

• Diary management, responding to telephone calls, Emails, social media messages, general filing, welcoming visitors and guests.

• Stock management of administrative and cleaning supplies.

• General office maintenance.


Skills needed

• Teachable

• Proactive, Good eye for detail

• Church Member (advantageous), strong Christian faith

• Numerate, competency using MS Word and (Excel is advantageous)

• Excellent administrative skills

• Good organisational skills
