As a Private Client Solicitor, your roles and responsibilities will include…
• Progressing files, from start to finish and attending upon clients to discuss their legal matters
• Drafting wills and powers of attorney
• Managing the probate process and estate administration
• Advising on tax-efficient structures for holding assets
• Setting up and managing trusts
• Helping clients plan for their future financial needs and those of their families
We’re looking for a Private Client Solicitor with the following skills and experience…
• At least 1 years PQE experience working in Private Client
• Experience with drafting Wills, Probate and Estate Administration, Lasting Powers of Attorney and Court of Protection
• Able to use initiative when completing tasks and managing own workload
• Excellent grammar/writing skills/strong computer skills
• A team player that wants to be part of our great team of people
• Full driving license
In return, the successful Private Client Solicitor will receive a salary of £45,000 to £50,000, plus the following benefits…
