Are you passionate about supporting apprentices and building strong relationships with employers? Gloucestershire Professional Services (GPS) is recruiting a Training Co-ordinator to join our Employer Training and Apprenticeships team at Gloucestershire College.
In this pivotal role, you’ll manage a caseload of apprentices, guiding them through their learning journey and ensuring all aspects of their programme are well supported and contractually met. You’ll work closely with employers, lecturers, and assessors to monitor progress, arrange reviews, and deliver outstanding support throughout the apprenticeship lifecycle. From organising inductions and facilitating learning support to attending recruitment events and promoting apprenticeship growth, this is a dynamic and rewarding opportunity to make a real impact.
