Salary: £26,700 – £27,700, equivalent to around £14.20 per hour + overtime potential
Pension: Private, plus 9% employer contribution

Hours: Mon–Thurs 08:00–17:00 | Fri 08:00–12:00
We are seeking an experienced Logistics Operative to join a leading aerospace engineering company in Denham. This role involves preparing, packing, and moving precision aerospace components that play a vital role in saving lives worldwide.
Key Responsibilities
Preparing, packing, and labelling aerospace parts to technical specifications
Validating batch numbers, part descriptions, and quantities using SAP
Ensuring accurate, safe, and well-presented packing for on-time dispatch
Coordinating with logistics and shipping teams
Carrying out quality checks and self-inspections
Picking, issuing, and receiving goods and materials
Operating forklifts, pallet stackers, scissor lifts, and saws
Requirements
Proven background as a Logistics Operative (aerospace/manufacturing preferred or automotive, defence or rail)
Stable work history over the past 5 years
Knowledge of packing methods, tools, and aerospace standards
Ability to work accurately in a fast-paced environment
Competent with Microsoft Word/Excel (SAP an advantage)
Strong teamwork and communication skills
