- Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, milestones, and resource allocations.
- Ensure full compliance with regulatory and quality standards, including GDP, GMP, IATA, ISO, and GxP.
- Monitor project performance, report progress to stakeholders, and implement corrective actions as needed.
- Act as the primary client liaison, managing expectations and ensuring delivery aligns with contractual and regulatory requirements.
- Facilitate cross-functional collaboration with internal teams (operations, QA, regulatory, commercial) and external stakeholders.
- Mentor junior project staff and foster a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
- Proactively identify and mitigate risks, support audits, and uphold all SOPs and compliance obligations
What we would like you to bring

- Proven ability to deliver complex, multi-stakeholder projects on time and within budget.
- Strong knowledge of GDP, GMP, GxP, and global regulatory standards.
- Exceptional leadership, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication skills with experience engaging senior stakeholders.
