An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Student Experience and Wellbeing Bursary Administrator to join our Student Experience and Wellbeing team reporting to our Student Experience and Wellbeing Manager.

As a Student Experience and Wellbeing Bursary Administrator you will be responsible for actively promoting a range of financial support for students. You will work in collaboration with Curriculum Departments to identify where learner support funds may be available for students and support students in their applications for financial assistance, including bursary funding and loans. You will carry out a variety of administrative duties, including creating and maintaining financial assessment records, arranging meetings and taking minutes. You will be required to work at any of the Etc Group sites as required.

The ideal candidate will be highly motivated and organised with good written and oral communication skills and an appreciation of outstanding customer service. They will possess excellent IT and problem-solving skills, including numerical skills, the ability to work to high levels or accuracy and attention to detail and be willing to learn and develop.

Required qualifications: English and Maths GCSE are essential for this position with Level 2 Customer Service Practitioner or equivalent being desirable. An understanding of finance would be advantageous, however full training will be offered. Schedule

Monday-Thursday 8.30am – 5pm
Friday 8.30am – 4pm
Flexible lunch breaks
