Summary
As a part-time cleaner working between 2-4 hours per week, you will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and tidiness of various areas on the construction site. This will include welfare facilities, site offices, and other designated zones. Your work will contribute significantly to maintaining a professional and safe environment for all site personnel.
Key Responsibilities:
- Cleaning and sanitising welfare facilities including toilets, showers, and changing rooms.
- Dusting, wiping, and polishing surfaces in site offices and meeting rooms.
- Vacuuming and mopping floors.
- Emptying bins and managing waste removal.
- Replenishing supplies such as soap, paper towels, and toilet paper.
- Adhering to all health and safety regulations on site.
- Reporting any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the site management.
Required Skills / Experience:
- Proven experience in commercial cleaning, preferably on a construction site (desirable but not essential).
- A strong work ethic and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Reliable and punctual with a proactive approach to tasks.
- Understanding of health and safety practices.
- Ability to communicate effectively.
