Summary

Foreman / 360 Excavator Operative

Location: Cumbria (Brampton to Patterdale region)
Full-Time, Permanent | Monday – Friday | 37.5 hrs per week

We are looking for a skilled Foreman / 360 Excavator Operative to take the lead on our wastewater treatment plant installation projects. If you enjoy working outdoors, managing small teams, and have strong experience in groundworks, this role offers long-term stability and the chance to make a real impact.

What You’ll Do

Lead site teams of up to 3 people, ensuring smooth delivery of projects.

Operate 360 excavators and dumpers to complete groundworks, excavations, and trenching (up to 3m depth).

Install tanks, pipework, and concrete bases, handling aggregates and ready-mix materials.

Maintain a safe, tidy, and well-organised site environment.

Communicate effectively with your team, management, and customers.

Be responsible for the company van (Mercedes Sprinter) and all tools provided.

  The Details

  • Standard hours: 8am – 4pm, Monday to Friday.

    
    

  • Projects typically run one week, with some longer assignments.
