We are now offering a fantastic opportunity to join the Grimsby Institute in the role of Student Records Data Coordinator. If you are a team player who is passionate about helping learners reach their full potential, then we want to hear from you!
About the role
The MIS department are now looking to a point a motivated and enthusiastic Data Coordinator to join the Student Records team. This is a diverse role which involves working with student data on a daily basis, across several funding streams and through the whole journey from enrolment to certification.
Other responsibilities include:
Validation and processing of DBS applications
Supporting both internal and external customers with queries
Assisting with preparation for internal and external audits
About the person
Knowledge of funding streams would be advantageous. The successful candidate will also have:
Level 2 Business Administration or equivalent experience
Excellent IT skills
Prior data entry experience
Customer service experience, including the ability to explain complex information
An eye for detail and accuracy
Self-motivation and a strong ability to work under pressure
