You will work closely with service users, stakeholders, and multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement support strategies that reflect our commitment to providing high-quality care and fostering independence. Responsibilities
Lead and manage a team focused on providing independence and access support services.
Develop and implement strategies to enhance service delivery and user satisfaction.
Monitor and evaluate team performance and outcomes to ensure quality standards are met.
Collaborate with external partners and stakeholders to create effective support networks.
Conduct regular team meetings to foster communication, share updates, and encourage professional development.
Provide guidance and support to team members in case management and crisis intervention.
Ensure compliance with all relevant policies, regulations, and best practices in care services.
Requirements
Proven experience in a leadership role within social care or a related field.
Strong understanding of independence and access issues in a care context.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with service users and stakeholders.
Ability to develop and maintain positive working relationships with team members and external partners.
Demonstrated ability to manage budgets, resources, and project timelines effectively.
Familiarity with relevant legislation, policies, and best practices in care support.
Commitment to continuous professional development and ability to motivate a team.
