Summary
*PERMANENT POSITION*
Join our client based in Pershore, who are world-renowned distributors of water cylinders, heaters, spare parts, and accessories within the plumbing & heating market as a Sourcing & Inventory Manager.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, train, and develop the Purchasing & Inventory team, ensuring high performance and engagement
- Product sourcing, price negotiations, and global supply chain management
- Manage inventory levels to meet business targets
- Direct involvement with supplier performance reporting
- Prepare forecasts and analyse large data-sets to support decision making
Hours & Pay:
- Monday-Friday
- 08:30-17:00
- £30-35K (DOE)
- 28 Days Annual Leave (including bank holidays)
Essential Qualifications:
- A-level (or equivalent) in Business, Mathematics, Economics, or related subject
- GCSEs (or equivalent) in English, Mathematics (Grade 4/C or above)
Desirable Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree (BA/BSc) in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Logisitics, or a related field
- CIPS qualified (or actively working towards certification)
