Summary

Our client, a growing garden product company in Gloucester, requires an experienced customer service/ administrator to join their team.

The job would start as part time with the possibility of full time work after a successful trial period.

Hours and Rate of Pay

  • Monday-Friday
  • 08:30-17:00
  • £12.21 per hour

The role would start off at 2 or 3 days a week then progress to full time.

The Role

  • Preparation and completion of sales orders, invoices and credit notes to agreed lead-times.
  • Booking transport requirements with existing logistics providers.
  • Setting up of new accounts on internal system.
  • Processing damages ensuring stock levels are correct.
  • Booking in containers and stock as required.
  • Providing Financial administrative support as required.
  • Ad-hoc administrative duties as required
